Runs will be awarded with the following awards and ribbons:

- Trophies for the top dog and handler team in each height class and category based on aggregate scores.
- Rosettes for top aggregate scores: 1st – 6th place (provided by the AB/NWT Regionals Committee) and 7th-10th place (sponsored by ‘See Spot Run’)
- Qualifying rosettes for any dog and handler team achieving the 350 point minimum to qualify for the National Championships
- Placement rosettes for individual rounds (1st – 4th)

In any competition, it’s not always about winning or being on top. Sometimes it’s the little triumphs or personal goals that make it special. To honour the team spirit and sportsmanship as well as the dedication and hard work of our volunteers, we invite you to consider donating a special award or prize.

The criteria for selection are up to the individual or club donating the prize. It can be any type of award. All you need to provide is the trophy or prize of any value.

Examples of awards can be for friendliest volunteer, top dog and handler team in a certain height group/category, top sporting dog, top rescue, best sportsmanship, etc.

We will collect a list of awards and post them here leading up to regionals. The items will be on display during the regionals weekend and you will have the opportunity to present your award during the awards ceremony on Sunday of the event to the recipient based on the criteria you select.

.:| Volunteer prizes

This event is only made possible by our dedicated and hard-working volunteers. Without them the AB/NWT Regional Agility Championships would not be able to happen and you would not be able to play with your dog.

Please consider donating a gift for the volunteer prizes that can be used to thank our volunteers. We encourage all competitors to assist in thanking the volunteers. Some suitable gift ideas ($10-25+) include:

     - dog bed/blanket
     - gift baskets – dog or people themed
     - clothing items
     - Gift cards – “Tim Horton’s”, grocery stores, gas cards, hardware stores
     - Movie passes
     - Car/RV accessories
     - Use your imagination and let the volunteers know you appreciate them!
