The 2010 AB / NWT Regionals Committee is very pleased to offer the opportunity for quality vendors to participate in the success of this event. We are expecting over 150 competitor entries and numerous volunteers. Also as this event is being held in the heart of Sherwood Park (a community that is very family oriented), we are expecting hundreds of spectators to take in this event over the course of the weekend.

The ball diamond right next to the competition rings will be available for on-site vendors and will be open to the public. Your company’s logo will also appear on our website with a link to your website.

We are offering 10 x 10 booth spaces. Vendors must supply their own tent & booth supplies. The use of ballasts/weights is encouraged as staking may be limited due to the underground sprinkler systems. Limited power will be available. On-site security will be available during the day and checking-in during the night, however items left unattended and overnight are at your own risk.

We will be charging a $50 fee to set up a vendor booth to offset the cost of the field space.

Vendors are also invited to include advertising material, special promotional offers or other promotional items for the competitor/volunteer bags.
